The Slack channel I want to send to isn’t appearing in the list

If you're trying to get notifications to send to a private channel and it's not showing up in the list of available channels, you'll need to complete the following steps:

For desktop:

1. Open Slack and go to the private channel you're wanting to select
2. Right-click on the channel name and click View channel details
3. Click on the Integrations tab
4. Under Apps, click Add apps
5. Click the Add button in your workspace, next to Relay

For mobile:

1. Open Slack on your mobile device and go to the private channel you're wanting to select
2. Tap on the channel name at the top to go to the channel details
3. Tap on Apps
4. Tap the + icon and select Relay

That's it! Now Relay has access to that private channel. Simply refresh your Shopify admin settings page and the new channel should appear in the list.
