My event has a yellow status but I don’t know why

There are a few reasons why you might be seeing a yellow status indicator on your events. If you are, please check:

You have at least one notification created for that event

You may have activated this event but forgotten to create a notification for it. Please add at least one notification for this event to begin receiving notifications.

You have at least one Slack channel selected

Double check you have at least one Slack channel selected for each notification you've added.

If your selected Slack channel has since been deleted from your workspace

If you selected one or more channels for your notification, but have since deleted those channels from your Slack workspace, Relay will detect and report this as an error. You will need to edit the notification/s and select a new channel as the destination.
