Why isn't Bloom showing on my store?
There are a few reasons why Bloom might not be showing up on your online store. Here are a list of things to check that you have completed. More information can be found in our getting started guide.
- Bloom is activated on your store.
- You have activated at least one delivery method (Delivery or Pick Up).
- You have set your Active Days for that method.
- For Online Store 2.0 themes, you have added the Bloom app block to your theme.
- For vintage themes, you have selected an automatic placement setting on the Display settings page.
- Some vintage themes won't support automatic placement, and you will need to use the Custom selector field to manually place Bloom.
