Dynamic Email Template Tags
A number of dynamic template tags are available to use for Early Bird email templates.
The following tags are available across all templates:
- {{SHOP_NAME}} - The name of your Shopify store
- {{BODY}} - The body content from your email template settings
- {{TITLE}} - The title from your email template settings
- {{BUTTON_TEXT}} - The button text from your email template settings
Pre-order Delayed Email
The following tags are available for the Pre-order Delayed email only:
- {{ORDER_NAME}} - The name of the affected order, e.g. #1001
- {{BUTTON_URL}} - The URL of the affected order status page (relevant to each customer)
- {{NEW_FULFILLMENT_DATE}} - The new fulfillment date for your pre-order campaign
- {{DELAYED_PRODUCTS}} - A bullet point list of affected products and variants (relevant to each customer)
Back in Stock Email
The following tags are available for the Back in Stock email only:
- {{BUTTON_URL}} - The URL of the product page where customers can purchase the relevant product
- {{PRODUCT_NAME}} - The title of the relevant product (or variant) in Shopify
- {{PRODUCT_IMAGE}} - The featured image for the relevant product (or variant)
- {{PRODUCT_IMAGE_ALT}} - The descriptive alternate text for the relevant product's (or variant's) featured image
