How do I export a list of my Shopify customers who have placed a pre-order?
"We need to send a shipping update to customers who have placed a pre-order. The orders are already auto-tagged as "Pre-order", but the customers themselves are not tagged yet. How can we export a list of all customers who have placed pre-orders so far?"
Exporting the List of Your Shopify Customers Who Have Placed a Pre-order
- To export a list of pre-order customers, go to your Orders page in the Shopify admin
- Filter "Pre-order" orders only. You should be able to just do a search for this.
- Choose all the relevant data fields you need
- Click the Export option and you can export all the relevant rows as a .CSV
- Contact your pre-order customers for a shipping update
